• Provide field service support for ECI systems installed at Samsung Electronics fabrication facilities, including installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between KLA and Samsung customers, ensuring high equipment availability and customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and process-related issues to maximize tool performance and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate closely with customers, KLA product support teams, and regional engineering organizations to address technical escalations and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver technical training and application support to customers on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
• Support customer ramp activities, new tool deployments, and expanding installed base requirements across Samsung sites.
• Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and compliance with customer and KLA safety standards.
• This position may support customer sites located in Hwaseong, Pyeongtaek, and Cheonan, depending on business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor equipment, analytical instrumentation, field service engineering, or technical customer support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in hardware, electrical, mechanical, or analytical systems.
• Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment and manage multiple priorities.
